Services Outside the Standard Retainer
Our standard monthly retainer covers the core labour-law and payroll compliances described above. The following activities are not included in that retainer and, if required, are taken up as separately quoted assignments: statutory / government fees and penalties, applications for special permissions (24×7 operations, electronic maintenance of records, etc.), full compliance for contractors in their own capacity, direct representation and appearances before courts and tribunals, and work outside the agreed locations or scope. Wherever possible, we guide your team on these, or handle them under a separate mandate and fee structure.
