Established in 1984, we are a family-run firm backed by a dedicated professional team – a close-knit group of lawyers, consultants and support staff – guiding factories, establishments and contractors across North India for over 41 years on everything from day-to-day compliance to complex inspections and litigation.

We focus exclusively on labour, employment and social security laws – EPF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Bonus, wages and the new Labour Codes.
